Latest Plumbing Technology
Premier Plumbing is proud to showcase some of the cutting-edge technology that we utilize in our business to eliminate the guesswork and to troubleshoot plumbing problems of all kinds. The main byproducts of these advanced tools are savings of time and energy, which translate to quicker and more effective resolution of your plumbing problems.
Cameras
A myriad of drainage issues are difficult to locate in an old line, yet due to modern technology, we can actually use top-of-the-line, high quality cameras to view the inside of the sewer or pipe, most often without excavating. These cameras are 100% guaranteed to:
- Tell us the material, size and length of the pipe, its general condition and flow characteristics.
- Determine if a blockage is a result of an ongoing, long-term problem, or the result of a recent calamity.
- Inspect systems of "FOR SALE" properties and to protect the buyer from purchasing a home with a damaged sewer system.
- Minimize property damage.
- Be utilized to videotape problems for use in insurance claims.

High Velocity Jetting Machines
These "jetters" are the ultimate tools for scrubbing and removing grease and sludge from problem drains. They may be utilized on old and new drains and restore drains to their original capacity. Benefits:
- All residential jetting jobs are backed by a one-year warranty.
- Jetters are ideal for kitchen drains, laundry lines, tubs, showers, lavatory sinks, restaurant floor sinks, floor drains, drain that dump into grease-traps or grease interceptors and urinal waste lines.
Leak Detector
To detect leaks, we utilize a leak detector that is actually an electronic stethoscope, allowing us to locate even tiny leaks, or a pipe that is buried under concrete, asphalt or turf. To learn more about this technology see Water Leaks and Leak Detection.
Line Locator
With a line locator, we can precisely pinpoint the location of stoppages and underground drain pipes, their path and depth. The benefits of using this equipment include the elimination of guesswork, precision excavating, resulting in minimal property damage and savings in time and money. Our systems reach up to 200 ft. and we can provide copies of the inspection either by VCR tape, computer file, or SD card.
